Meditation is the ancient art of quieting the internal dialogue of the mind, allowing for joy, clarity, and calmness. It is a powerful way to improve health and well-being on physical, mental and emotional levels. Meditation is beneficial for the enrichment of the soul and health. It improves concentration and it has many health benefits to persons with physical and mental ailments. Some benefits are:

Meditation Workshops

Serenity has created a series of Meditation Workshops. Take one or take them all. We will teach you the ancient are of meditation. Each class in an hour in duration. You will learn the techniques needed to to relax your boydy, mind & soul.

 Courses OfferedTaught by Donna Azzerelli, a Certified Medium, Spiritual Message Minister, Certified National Spiritualist Teacher.  She has 19 years of experience in meditation, healing, teaching, readings, lectures, spirit communication and messages from across the world.

Intro to Meditation-Learn the breathing techniques needed to relax anytime, anywhere. Benefit from mastering a concentrated/focused meditation. Class is held on Tuesday January 15th at 7pm.

Intermediated Meditation-The pleasure of a guided meditation as you create your own special place to escape & rejuvenate. Class will be held on Tuesday February 12th at 7pm.

Advanced Meditation-After a guided meditation you release negative energy & increase vibratory levels. You are then in a perfect state of mind to see & sense energy. Learn to see your aura. Class will be held on Tuesday March 11th at 7pm.
